Have some events coming up with friends and was looking for an easy good tasting IPA that i could batch out with ease. Any suggestion?

100% Pilsner/Pale
US-05 ( cheap and boring ) / Imperial A38 Juice/A24 Dry Hop
50% Citra + 50% Amarillo
6-8 oz hops late boil + whirlpool
6-8 oz hops dry hop
OG: around 1.055
FG: around 1.010 ( dry and crisp )
ABV: 5.7-6%
This kind of IPA can be ready to drink in 14-18 days, maybe less if you force carbonate.

Cheers!

Actually I like Centennial Blonde with a 1/2 oz or so dry hop of Citra and Columbus each.
Dang. It’s 9:45am and now I’m thirsty. I need to go pack for a trip and then hit the airport. I’ll have to get a beer there.

This sounds about what im looking for. How much/type of pilnser or will any local due and i not boring with the yeast...lol so which is your favorite?

Simple and tasty old school IPA: 2-row and plenty of hops. I prefer the "C" hops. Columbus, Chinook, Cascade and Centennial all do well in an IPA. Use as much 2-row as you need to get to about 1.060 with your system. Do 70 or so IBUs with 30% at 60 mins. and the rest split between 15 and 0. Ferment with a Chico strain or Nottingham and dry hop with 3 or 4 ounces.
