Looking for a welder in the Philly area

Sorry if this is not the right place to post this in advance.

I am looking for someone who can weld a 1/4" coupler to my keggle so that I can install a sight glass. If you have a step bit to drill the hole also that would be great, but I could pre-drill it if it would be too much hassle. I can drive to you and will pay of course. I live in Delaware County, just south of Philly.
