Looking for a quick recipe

Hello all, I have been mapping out my friends and I's breweries fermentation cycles and I have a two week window for an empty carboy that i'd love to use before i use it in two weeks to rack a beer into secondary. Throw me some ideas on recipes I can brew ferment and bottle in two weeks.

hefeweizen? They are generally pretty good young, ferment quickly, and waiting for clarity is not a real big issue.

Was considering a wheat, haven't done one but I think it'd be great for the summer time

Pretty much any properly brewed beer below 1.060 OG can be out of its primary in less than two weeks.
