I just bottled my 2nd batch in my Coopers DIY kit, a nice stout with some extra malts and hops.

Only problem now is that i have an empty fermenter while i decide what to make next. I am interested in making a fruit wheat beer for the spring and would like some suggestions on recipes and some tips for brewing with fruit with the Coopers kit.

Thanks for all the help, you guys are great!

Look into a Helles if you want a nice refreshing lawnmower beer. Of course, its a lager...so if you use ale yeasts it essentially becomes a kolsch.

For fruity beers, a hefeweizen or witbier is a nice option and there are great recipes here
