Long Primary Question

Afetr reading a number of threads here, I am going to long primary for the first time. Trying it out on a pumkin ale I brewed last night.

My question is, "do I need to "do" anything for the 3 or 4 weeks it will be in the primary?" Do I need to aggitate the wort at all? Or do I just let it sit there?
