So I got two 5 gal carboys of amber that have been in secondary since 1/30/12. So like a 43 day secondary. Is this still going to be good to bottle? Or should I just pour it out? I brewed them on 1/10/12 .

Taste it. If it tastes like beer, then bottle. If it tastes like arm pit, dump it. If you dump it without tasting it, you'll be struck by lightning.
