Logo design?

So, I suck at drawing (be that on paper or the computer), but really wanna get a logo made up for my brewing co, "Dick's Manfish Brewing". Can anyone suggest anyone that's good at designing that would be willing to make something for me, as cheap as possible??

Just use the hellfish logo from the Simpsons and change the text to Manfish, then make him anotomically correct and you're good to go.
