So I have been wanting to do a Simcoe/Amarillo/Citra combo wheat IPA, and here is what I have come up with. I will dry hop, but haven't decided what I want to do yet. What are your thoughts/comments/concerns on the grain bill and hop schedule?

Thanks guys.

At 5 lbs that's over 14% crystal which sounds like way too much for me, I'd cut that to more like 5%for a style like this. I'd up the 10 to 0 hops too but otherwise looks good to me if you add in the dry hop.

Thanks, to clarify you'd bump up all the hops on the 10 and 0 additions?

Many ways you could go with the exact schedule that are mostly about personal preference, but 3 oz from 10 to zero sounds light to me for an 11 gal batch. On single IPA's I tend to use about 4-5 oz per 5 gal in the 10 to whirlpool range.

How about this? I don't want to go above 75IBU's. I was planning on dry hopping with Citra and Amarillo, but might add in Simcoe as well.
