I had a quick question about priming before bottling. im on my journey to making my 4th (thats FOURTH!!) batch of beer. yippee horray!!
this time instead of kegging it i think i might wanna bottle it. the last time i bottled with the recommended 5oz of priming sugar for 5 gal. the beer wasnt at the level of carbonation i wanted even after sitting at room temp for 4 weeks.
i was curious how much extra sugar could i put in besides the 5oz you normally use? maybe an extra 1-2oz of sugar?
