Hey Brewers,

Im looking to start a new batch, i just finished my coopers canadian blonde and its not bad.

Im eager to start the new batch and i was wondering if which is the best LME to brew? Note tgat i have already done coopers english bitter also.

If you like stout the Cooper's Original Series Stout is pretty good.

Replace the sugar with a kg of DME and consider decreasing the batch size a couple of litres. Of course there are lots of other things you can do but this is a pretty simple way to improve an already decent kit.

Before starting all grain the Cooper's Canadian Blonde was my goto light color beer (replaced by BierMuncher's Centennial Blonde Ale, great stuff). I made it up to the full 23 litres and used 500gr of DME and 700gr of dextrose instead of the recommended kilogam of dextrose. I liked it a lot and it was well received by friends and family that primarily drank domestic lagers.
