Anyone built a minifridge fermentation chamber that can show me their example or plans or a good link

Measure your fridge to see if 2x 3 gal better bottles will fit. I have a Sanyo minifridge that works great. Took out the bottom glass and the veggie drawer. Can keep some things cold on the shelf in the back too. Problem is the airlock. I just keep a wad of paper towel soaked in starsan stuffed on the carboy cap. Have had zero infection problems. Always ferment at the low end so there is no need for a blowoff tube. I know the ocd crowd will say "omg, how can you ferment with no airlock. what about oxidation? what about contamination?" answer; Use good sanitation to start and LOTS of healthy yeast to minimize chances of wild yeast doing something odd.

Not sure if you meant this or one of the big insulated plywood chambers that has minifridge incorporated somewhere.

I just mated a mini fridge to my existing fermentation chamber. I had been using frozen jugs of water, and now I have control. It is a 2'x3'x4' box with 2" closed cell foam insulation throughout. I just pulled one panel off the end, and the fridge fit quite nicely into the opening. I built a platform to hold the fridge off the floor, and I plan to finish it up with a magnetic seal like the one on the door. Right now it's controlled with a timer, and I'm still figuring out the right amount of time to let it run, but in the future, I plan to install a proper thermostat.
