Hi all, I did my research searching through recipes already posted, but couldn't come up with much info - I want to do a rye beer with lime zest, but don't know how much to use. My search results suggest zest of 2 limes added as a dry hop addition, or a 1/3-1/2 cup lime juice added with priming sugar just before bottling. I'm leaning towards using actual lime zest and just dry hopping it, any suggestions appreciated. Recipe follows.
"Key Lime Rye"
9.5# 2 row pale US
1# rye malt
.5# biscuit malt
1.00 oz Belma 10.4%@30min
US-05 or Wyeast 1056, haven't decided yet
