Hi all, I'd like to brew a very light pale ale similar to Magic Hat Single Chair. Just a very light, balanced, easy drinking beer. I found a clone ale recipe online and I tried to match the stats as best I could. I know it's harder to brew a light colored beer using extract so I'm using pilsner DME and adding most of it late in the boil. I'm going to try to turn this around quickly with a short stint in the secondary to clarify.

Here's the recipe from Brewtoad:

Apollo (US) 0.5 oz 0 min
