So. I made a spot on hefeweizen. Simple. 60/40 with cascade.
Three gallon batch. No starter.
Waited patiently to get down to 70 degrees to put in. Wlp320. When I opened it the yeast sprayed out all over the place.
I got about 1/4 of what was supposed to be in the vial into the fermenter.
Uggg. I tossed in half a package of safbrew wb06
Glad I have extra yeast packets.
Hope it doesn't taste like crap.
