I know haha, I love dubbels and I love my cascade hops in my IPA's so why not try and put them together? Too long of a wait though... waiting for it to ferment and age.

Great Lakes Xmas Ale clone... My first all grain! I was blown away that I hit all my target temps and my OG right on the money! I did break a carboy with 8 minutes to go in my boil and cut my finger to where I needed 3 band aids and gloves so I could get my other one sanitized and ready, but no pain no gain! (And no biohazard in the beer!)

Maybe name it "biohazard Ale"? :D I'm interested in how close it comes to the GL version! We get that one around here around the holidays.

Making an IPA based on one of Yooper's recipes. It's ripping along on 1450. First try with harvested yeast from a batch I did a couple weeks ago and it seems to be working swimmingly. Can't wait to get this one kegged.

Monk Tophula Quad blowing the pipe like it going outta style, one of my most violent bubbling Abbeys ever, like it's purging out demons or something.

Centennial blonde but with Hallertauer and Calypso. The right one blew its top next time I need to use a blow off tube. Cleaning a quart of beer from under my sink at 6am sucks. ImageUploadedByHome Brew1389414066.418233.jpg these are one gallon jugs used US-05.
