Half batch of Citra pale ale using BIAB method on my electric stove. Shooting for 1.065 and hit 1.062 so I was happy with that. Aroma is amazing!

How'd I miss this thread? lol

The left is a Mirror Pond Pale Ale clone and the right is a Light House clone.

Mirror Pond was brewed a hour or so prior to that picture being taken and the Light House was brewed two weeks prior. It's ready to be bottled.

Cheers!

Kind if a crappy picture. After I bottled my Kriek, I transferred a Brown Ale on top of the cherries and stuff. After about 2 weeks I put in a can (3lbs) of Blackberry purée. Smells wonderful as fermentation is kicking off with the new sugar source. ImageUploadedByHome Brew1390329409.133329.jpg

I just put my big mouth bubbler to work last week. I really like it except all the grooves on the inside. No pictures thus far

Very jealous of that room! I hope to see a few HB's in our trade lady :D

Man, who bottles beer? Not this girl! My beer goes straight from the carboy into the keg and then into BigJohn. :mug:

White IPA, smells delicious from the "burps" in the sanitizer bucket. This is the second time I've had to use a blowoff tube after pitching my starter. The krausen was up in the airlock after I checked the next morning, hence the mess (and the box)

My first batch! How come no one told me that watching the fermentation process is like watching sea monkeys when you were a kid!!

I got a good friend of mine into craft beers and into homebrewing. One of the things I told him was that every new brewer should, sooner or later, do a primary fermentation in a transparent container/ carbory just to enjoy the show. So, on his 6th brew he did just that and came to work on Monday all wide eyed.

I feel (somewhat) worthy to have something to contribute. :D

Left to right: Cascading Falls Smash, Petite Saison D' Ete, Dead Ringer IPA, Keeler's Reverse Burster Altbier.

Feels good to be back brewing. I finsihed the Keeler's about 30 minutes ago. :ban:

High gravity Belgian Wit appropriately called "G Thunder" is the lid ejection. Secondary has a Furious clone dry hopping.

Pssh, you're not hardcore enough. Here's how you consume beer like a man.

1) Move fermenter to a high location
2) insert autosiphon
3) Start autosiphon
4) Quickly lay down on the floor
5) Guide the end of the siphon tube to your mouth before the flow reaches the end of the tube
6) Go to town
