WTF. I thought it was known I’ve been ISO. Been trying to track one down for a few years. That’s on me.Literally just opened my last one just a few months ago.

My recollection of this is that it's not worth tracking down, but YMMV.
That’s not the point Julian. My recollection of this is that it's not worth tracking down, but YMMV.
Diminishing returns year after year from a macro-owned craft brewery at creeping up prices? (Went up $1 here or about 10% for a bottle). This year's BCBS is the least enjoyable, sans infected bottles, that I can remember. When I poured it in a glass I thought to myself... why is it brown and not black like I remember. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
BCBS 2016 and 2017 just sitting around in my neighborhood for $10 each still.
here, the variants are gone within the day. but original sits forever. a few weeks ago I picked up 2017 for $7.77 a piece. another place around the same time had 2015-17 BCBS and I think 2016 BCBBW. probably still there.
If either of these posts are willing to be a GPIUFMB, put me down for 2 cases. I have never seen a bottle for less than $14 and 1-2 per person limit.
I actually remembered that it was LeBleu right before I went to bed. Considered quoting my post and saying "LEBLEU!!!" but you probably beat me anyway.
Never had Kaggen but I liked Konjaks when I had it at Akkurat. Probably not worth trading for, but worth the $25 or whatever it cost on-site.
I think I lucked into some of the last bottles of Velomoteur and Goldackeral (though I missed the Reeds). Man was Goldackeral ******* weird. Weird, weird, weird beer.
I think it's the best since the bottle format change. This year's BCBS is the least enjoyable, sans infected bottles, that I can remember. When I poured it in a glass I thought to myself... why is it brown and not black like I remember. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Ugh. I wish we got 3F Distro. Settling for shelf Girardin isn’t the worst though. Plus happy hour Tilquin Mure and Quetsche (4.50/ 6oz) on the way home. With shelves just flooded with 3F OG and A&G around here, it's a wonder that Cantillon is still so desirable. I wonder how long it would take for those to turd it up if they got major distro?
I think Cantillon increasing their prices to 3F level would help a little. They (Cantillon) are still by far the most sought after and elusive lambic producer, so it probably wouldn't do much. I think their main appeal is the breadth and scarcity of their fruited lambics and that they have inspired so many american sour producers. For example, I can't think of another apricot lambic producer (De Cam does nectarines right?), but pretty much any American sour producer makes an apricot sour. So there's a direct connection/approachability.With shelves just flooded with 3F OG and A&G around here, it's a wonder that Cantillon is still so desirable. There’s a decent amount of 3F and Tilquin around here. Including a magnum turding it up. Let me know if you need any.Ugh. I wish we got 3F Distro. Settling for shelf Girardin isn’t the worst though. Plus happy hour Tilquin Mure and Quetsche (4.50/ 6oz) on the way home.
Mag of 3F turding up? Damn wish that was the case in DenverThere’s a decent amount of 3F and Tilquin around here. Including a magnum turding it up. Let me know if you need any.
By turding I mean it’s been on the shelf for a week, so maybe I’m exaggerating. It’s like $90 I think so that’s probably why.Mag of 3F turding up? Damn wish that was the case in Denver
No ****. I lucked into a half case of Tilquin before Christmas but haven’t seen any 3F anywhere.Mag of 3F turding up? Damn wish that was the case in Denver
We have regular Tilquin and Quetsche 375s on the shelves at a few places. Everything else is gone with in a day.No ****. I lucked into a half case of Tilquin before Christmas but haven’t seen any 3F anywhere.
They had some great collabs. This was my first Lawson's tick.I was just reminded of these two. One was good, and the other was rare.

I opened that beer with a friend. I kept saying how it was gonna be perfect for the pool, easy drinking, kinda like a Bellini... boy was I wrong, one of the sourest beers I can ever remember. It was a chore to finish. Was definitely ISO this for a while.

I think I still have a Kumquats from that year. I remember trading a Peach in person right after I picked it up for a Peche n Brett. Happy to have made that trade. Was definitely ISO this for a while.

I thought that b1 was pretty incredible along with Kumquat b1, all future versions were beyond drinkable for me. definitely had to trade some "rare" Block 15 to finally get one.Was definitely ISO this for a while.

Didn't you bring a growler of that out to de Garde that time we both happened to be there? Could've swore you gave me a pour.Amazing how this beer went from "whale" to "limited seasonal release that requires trading for, but not outrageous" to "sitting on shelves in states 2000+ miles away". First time I had it was in 2013 at a share at teddyarrowhead's place, and was super-stoked to finally tick it. Last time was last year where I grabbed a 375 off the shelf at my local bottle shop so I could do a #properglassware pic with some random Logsdon glass I'd acquired somewhere along the way.
