Jewbeard, I think I noticed that you had made a cyser for the occasion. I am drinking my own right now. For those not in the know, apples and honey are eaten on Rosh Hashana to symbolize a sweet new year.
Its nice having three new years in my family. We get the "regular" one in January, my wife is Chinese so we get one in February, then one in September too.
