So I made a recipe a co-worker of mine gave me. Basically take a standard IPA and add 6 large lemons, 6 small limes, chopped up in the secondary. I let it sit and then kegged, etc. for about a month cold conditioning and carbonating. End of the day I don't like it, it tastes good but there is a weird lingering aftertaste of limes that is too strong.
Question is, at this stage in the game, is there anything I can add to fix it? Seems like a shame to let 5 gallons go to waste.
I was thinking maybe add flavoring to the glass I pour it in; could possibly open the keg to add there, but would need instruction on anything special needed for an already carbonated, full, corny.
Appreciate everyone's help with the recipe in advance! Would be great if I could add an ingredient or two to make it better.
