I have been brewing for a little over a year now. I first experienced homebrewing overseas while playing Army and have been hooked ever since.
Plans for this weekend are to get a little crazy and try my hand at a Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Stout. I have had success with a Chocolate Hazlenut Oatmeal Stout using hazlenut extract. I plan on using natural PB and pouring off the oil as it seperates before adding it to the boil.
