I'm brewing another leftovers batch to use up some ingredients I've had lying around for a while now. They don't all have to be used and I'm open to buying a few things to round it out.. but this is what I came up with so far. I used the BrewR app for design and calculations. I input actual values for Alpha%.

Batch size: 5 gal
Boil volume: 7 gal
Estimated OG: 1.070
Estimated color: 9.3 srm
Estimated IBU: 71.4
Estimated efficiency: 65%
Boil time: 60
