Leffe Blond is an OK Belgian beer found in any supermarket/hypermarket, but it's a really cloying sweetness to it, which for me, makes it a bit hard to swallow. It's either some really, really sweet crystal malt or some backsweetning. Westmalle yeast will be great for any belgian brew, but Leffe aromas and flavours are far from as complex, as the ones found in Westmalle. It will make a better brew, that's for sure.
