Does anybody have an extract brewing recipe to replicate the Leffe Blond Ale from Belgium. I recently experienced this brew for the first time and it struck it me as very delicious! Thanks!

Sorry, I can't help with a recipe but I'm interested in one myself (though all-grain). If you like Leffe, check out Affligem Blonde too. Tasty beer.

From Brew Like a Monk:
Leffe Blond
OG: 1.064
ABV: 6.6%
IBU: 25
Malts: Pilsner and Pale malt. For extract, you could use a combination of pilsner LME and light DME.
Adjuncts: Maize. Quantity isn't listed. I'd suggest about 15%. For extract, use corn syrup.
Hops: Hallertau and Saaz
Yeast: House yeast. I'd try WLP530 or WY3787.
Pitch yeast at 64F and raise to 77F for 4 to 5 days. Lager at just below freezing for 2 weeks. Bottle condition.

There is also a recipe listed at Candi Syrup website, using their products

Leffe Blond is an OK Belgian beer found in any supermarket/hypermarket, but it's a really cloying sweetness to it, which for me, makes it a bit hard to swallow. It's either some really, really sweet crystal malt or some backsweetning. Westmalle yeast will be great for any belgian brew, but Leffe aromas and flavours are far from as complex, as the ones found in Westmalle. It will make a better brew, that's for sure.
