Leather Wrapped Mash Tun

I do brew in a bag so it's nice to have insulation for my pot that is easily removed for when the mash is over and it's time to boil. I have two layers of leather with two layers of reflectix insulation sandwiched in between. I haven't tested it yet but I'm hoping it will work well.

Not really. I think it will clean up okay, and any stains will just give it character.

Consider this idea stolen! Good on ya, looks really nice. Buy a couple yards of knockoff leather and someone could make a Louis Vuitton Mash Tun.
