I built this system about 10 years ago and haven't used it much lately. Since they're keggles you can easily do 10 gallon brews, which is what I did. For the mash tun I used reflectx to insulate it, and over an hour it would lose only 1-2 degrees (but you can use the burner, if needed). Ask questions & I'll be happy to answer.
