so we made a batch of welches grape juice wine the first time we rushed it and were drinking it a few months after it was started and done.
thought it was clear, it was not.
2nd batch we have been much more patient adjusted acid to taste and have given it time to clear and stabilized it. last night we decided to back sweeten and picked blueberry/pomegranate old orchard concentrate.
one can took out 1 gallon to 1.010 perfect for our taste but it has quite a strong grapefruit after taste now....
the question will that grapefruit taste mellow out?
