I have had an oatmeal stout in the keg for about a month. I Havnt poured one for about a week. Today I poured one and it didn't hav any head. Is my keg leaking co2?

If your keg is leaking co2, your co2 tank should be empty.

If you have little head, either the beer is undercarbonated, or the glassware has a film on it.
