Just wanted to know how good the stuff is from Northern Brewer? Was looking around and found some stuff from Grainger called nu-calgon gas leak detector blue, wanted to find out what others think.

Thanks

The nu-calgon stuff is pretty good. It has a thicker viscosity than just plain soap and water, which helps it cling to fittings. It makes huge bubbles in the presence of even the smallest leak. I use it in the hvac trade when the refrigeration supply house is out of my favorite leak detector called Big Blu. I prefer Big Blu because it doesn't freeze in the back of my truck in the winter.

Looks like it'll be the Northern Brewer product, have to pick up a few other things along with it. Thanks for the help.
