I brewer 12 gallons of a saison. In one of the two kegs I added lavender. It is great and everyone loves it. My process was to soak .8oz of lavender in vodka. I drained the vodka and added it to the keg. All good for a couple weeks but now the lavender seems to be getting much stronger. Any more so and it will be not so good.
Has anyone else had this experience with lavender? Why does this happen? How do I correct it?
I think I will shake the keg tonight and se it it helps. Maybe the lavender settles to the bottom.

Is there any way to pull the lavender or is it loose? I would imaging shaking the keg would only make it more prominant... the final solution is to drink it faster :)
