OK, so I am breswing today, steeped my grains for 60 minutes, added hops,c but forgot my extract, discovered and added after about 45 minutes of boil. Added 15 minutes and 2 quarts of water, boiled an additional 30 minutes. Am I ok? FG 1.046' target was 1.042-1.046.

Usually grains are only steeped for 30 minutes, did the recipe call for 60? As for the late extract, you'll be fine. In fact, a lot of folks do that on purpose.

Might not get as much utilization from your hops, but you'll certainly have beer!
I was thinking by adding 30 minutes to the boil might mess up your intended hop additions qualities.
