WOW!! What were the ABV's of each? I hope I can muster up enough patience to do the same with my meads. That said, I have two 22 oz bottles of California style barleywine style beers that I brewed in 2006 that I've managed to keep...(refrigerated)..but, I have a feeling those will disappear this holiday season;) I didn't start making mead until July 1 of this year, so, everything I have is still either fermenting or bulk aging, most of it too green for consumption yet.
