Last couple pints extra foamy

Just a newbie question, but is it normal to have the last bit of your keg come out extra foamy? The whole keg was good, then I checked how much was left and it was pretty empty, but the beer line is full and it is coming out quite foamy. Thoughts?

mine does that too, i'm thinking of dropping the pressure down a tad
