Larger home brew system

Hi, I have been home brewing for a couple of years now. I do all grain and keg as opposed to messing with the bottles. My brother recently opened a bar overseas and he is interested in serving his own line of beer. The laws are much more lax in the country hemoved to, basically if you brew it there you can sell it there. I was wondering if anyone has any information on systems to brew slightly larger batches than the typical homebrewery, yet not a full blown microbrewery. Any info would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

What is "slightly larger"? Like 25 gallon?

55 gallon stainless barrels would make relatively cheap kettles and fermenters.
