I have a RIS (~10%) that's been bulk conditioning for 9 months, give or take, that I'm thinking about bottling. Picked up some of the CBC-1 Cask and Bottle Conditioned yeast to pitch along with the priming sugar.

The yeast instructions say to use 0.1g/liter. Any reason to deviate from that?

Getting ready to bottle 5-gal of my RIS which contains bourbon.
Purchased some CBC-1 myself the high alcohol and the Brew Master at the LHBS said to use 1/2 of the 11gram package.

That works, because I have 5-gal oaked pumpkin ale right behind this one.

Still gathering info on the priming sugar quantity.
