Hey, just want to pitch a recipe by you guys for a brew I am going to do tomorrow, let me know what you think, whether it will create a nice easy drinking lager or not?
5 gallon finish
Mash
4 oz. Flaked Wheat
1 oz. Belgium Aromatic Malt (Mild Aroma, why not!)
2 oz. Flaked Oats
2 oz. Rice Hull
1 oz. Amber Malt (Slight Red Hue, Cause I like a good red tinge)
1 oz. CaraBeldge (Mild Biscuit Flavour, thought I'd give it a go)
Wort
(60min)
4 lbs. Pilsen Light
0.5 oz. East Kent Goldings
(30min)
0.25 oz. East Kent Goldings
(20min)
0.25 oz. Mt. Hood
1/8 oz. Glazed Orange Peel (Aroma)
1/2 Tsp. Crushed Coriander Seeds (Aroma)

0.25 oz. Mt. Hood
1/8 oz. Glazed Orange Peel (Aroma)
1/4 Tsp. Crushed Coriander Seeds
Pinch of Moss

What are your thoughts, should I make any adjustments?
