Hopefully this is the right place, apologies if not.

I'm working my first lager and am planning on lagering in my kegerator under no (or extremely low) pressure in a corny with the headspace cleared. Any issue then bottling some of that beer from the corny and carbing using carb drops or measured sugar solution from a syringe? I figured since it's already kegged, I could bottle half of it for later then carb the rest on the CO2. I ask because I didn't get that beer gun from Santa like I asked.

Yes, this would work. And low pressure would be better than no pressure, to keep the keg's lid as sealed as possible. Just make sure to account for the carbonation that has already happened when calculating your priming sugar.
