Pitched a 2G starter into 6G of 1.049 wort at 47F. Pure O2 to aerate. WYEAST munich lager yeast. Went 2 days after starting to bubble. Forgot to change ice in my cooler - use a radiator, fan, and pump to cool foam box. This morning the box (not sure of beer temp, but it was 47 when pitched) was at 62. It's cooling down now.

Worst case scenario the yeast metabolism brought the beer above 62. Best case scenario, the beer temp hasn't risen that far because it lags behind the air temp in the box.

Any guesses how I will fare? Hopefully the reproduction phase was done before the temp rose. I really need a better cooling system....

With a healthy pitch, 48 hours was probably enough to get past the growth phase where ester production happens so you're likely OK. I bring my lagers up to 60 after 96 hours anyway for the yeast to do their final clean-up, add dry-hops (if required), etc.
