Are you asking, "Is my beer ruined for sitting so long?" or is the question, "Is there still enough yeast to make the beer carbonate?"

I've left an ale in the bucket for 9 weeks and it was great. It still had plenty of yeast to carbonate it in the bottle.
 
Primary bucket, normally use sugar to prime it, just wanting to kno if was ruined or not, you's think it should still be ok to bottle then? Thanks for advice
