Label Peelers pre order...anyone get em yet?

I got a tracking number yesterday also, and FedEx shows they should be here tomorrow. Now I wish I had plans to brew this weekend.

I think my order was in October. USPS tracking is not the most reliable, but it looks like I might get mine tomorrow.

Hop Pre Order Update

We have finally gotten in our first load of the 2015 HopUnion crop. Unfortunately, not all of the hops came in on this first order since the supplier had to spread the hops out over all of the homebrew shops in the nation. Your pre orders are shipping out in the order that they were placed. We expect our second shipment to arrive in the next week or two, so if you didn't receive yours this round your order is sitting in the pipeline ready to be shipped.

A little bit about the delay and our gross miscalculation on the fulfillment time. We had issue last year, also, even though we gave ourselves 30 days longer than when we received them the year before. We considered that an anomaly, but still lengthened our fulfillment date by an additional 30 days. This year we gave ourselves more than 60 days from past delivery dates. We were never notified that any timeline had been changed, and here we are, sitting in March, without all the hops in our warehouse. We have been assured THEY ARE COMING.

We would like to apologize for the delay. We are strongly considering not doing a pre order next year, and simply offering them up as a first come first serve when delivered. Let us know what you think about dropping the pre order simply by responding to this email.

- They were super responsive for my several inquiries. No BS.
- They adjusted my order twice after my initial order.
- The hops were awesomely priced (1# each of fancy american hops for like $18)
- Haven't brewed with them yet, but they are the YCH hops, which I presume are as delicious as last years hop union.

I'm another happy customer who has ordered multiple times from Label Peelers. My bag of Simcoe had a hole when I opened the shipping box. I called and a few days later had a new bag. LP has awesome customer service!

Pretty much could have called that though....I brewed the beer last night that I've been wanting my preorder hops for....just bit the bullet and got jobbed at the LHBS for the mosaic I needed... :/

Just be glad you got them! I have yet to hear anything about mine shipping.

here's the troubling thing though....I'm still short a pound of pre order hops...so that part that annoys me is this....if they were going to end up partial shipping after all, WHY WAIT THIS LONG???

This isn't going to keep me from ordering stuff from them, but I don't think I'll pre-order again...that is, if they even do it any more.
