Okay I have a question. I am trying to get very holistic. I am 21 yo male. (Figured I would just include that). Anyways, I see a bunch of articles about Kombucha, some stating its greatness and some saying it's not beneficial at all and can even cause death? I don't know what to make or think of these! I am confused!
I currently just started drinking Kombucha, very few days ago. I want to stick with it, because I do believe after all the junk food and everything horrible I had that my bad bacteria outweighs the good. I am also into the gut and mind connection. I deal with bad anxiety and stress so I am changing everything about my diet, slowly of course. Just wondering if anyone has actually found the Kombucha beneficial to them?
