I am fermenting wlp029 in the cooler to clear it up. I am ready to bottle it. Do I need to warm it back up to the primary fermenting temp of 60 before I bottle it?
Thanks

Nope, you can just bottle it cold. Just let the bottles warm up to room temp or they wont carbonate properly

You absolutely don't have to.
It's something I always do... just in case I forget that my fermented wort is indeed much colder than usual (and thus end up with a much higher FG than anticipated, thus thinking that my fermentation wasn't complete).
