kolsch question

I'm about to brew an extract Kolsch recipe and it calls for one hop addition @ 60 min. It is a 60 min boil. So is that saying add the hops at the very beginning of the boil or at flame out. I'm a bit confused about this. It is the Cold One Kolsch recipe using 2 oz of sazz hops.

Put all the hops in at the beginning of the boil. @60 means from when you start your timer for the boil.

Agreed. Also if you want better clarity cold crash the beer for a few weeks before bottling.
