Withdrawn Kolsch No filtration

Thought I'd post up a quick pick of my hydrometer sample from the Kölsch I just finished. I was a bit worried about clarity since it took FOREVER for Wyeasts Kölsch strain to drop out of suspension. O.G. was 1.048 F.G. was 1.005. I used the recipe from brewing classic styles with a 15 min addition of huel melon but kept IBUs the same. This was a full volume BIAB brew.
