I am brewing basically a SMASH with Galaxy hops and i'm going to add key lime extract to it. I had planned on adding about 3oz to the secondary when i add the dry hop addition.
Are there any pros/cons in adding the extract to secondary vs. into the bottling bucket? I see most sites suggest to add it to the bottling bucket but I figured it'd be more evenly distributed if I add it to the fermenter and then rack and bottle.
