Hi!
My first post at this forum, been trying to get an answer everywhere and I hope you huys can help me.
I've just put a beer tower in my bar together with a Cornelius Maxi 310 to cool the beer. My kegs are stored in room temperature in about 70 F.
The temperature of the beer after gone through the Maxi 310 is about 50 F.
When looking in a carbonation table, should I go with 50F or 70F?
Before hooking the kegs up to the tower I use the temperature in the keg (70F) to get the correct level of carbonation, but should I lower the carbonation before serving?
