It won't let me edit tittle. But what I was trying to say is kegs sure has changed since the days I worked in a bar. They used to be huge and heavy I'd have to tote 2 or 3 a day upstairs. I hated that job all night bringing beer upstairs to the coolers. Drunks would take the beer right out of my boxes lol. Luckily the bouncer was my buddy

I'm pretty sure they still have the big heavy ones.
Us dainty homebrewer types use smaller sanke and corny kegs, saving the big ones to cut up and make HLTs and brew keggles out of. (sincerest apologies to my mom for ending that with a preposition)

Back when I was still bartending the owner would have a hissy fit if he saw me hefting kegs from the cooler (about 75 feet from the bar) by myself without asking one of the boys to do it. I just didn't want to wait for their lazy butts to do it for me. I may be 5'2" and about 130lbs but I've got the guns to move kegs, dammit. Moving my full cornies around is child's play. Oh, and goats.:goat:

You only had to carry them upstairs? I had to carry them uphill. In the snow. In bare feet. And they were wrapped in razor wire to keep the drunks away.

...and the drunks'd kill ya with a butterknife and dance around your grave shoutin' hallelujah! Tell the kids that these days, and they don't believe ya.

I was going to post "Monty Python: Boomers answer to goats :goat:" but I've been drinking while cleaning kegs and cannot for the life of me remember WTF boomer vs genXYZQArtistFormerlyKnownAsPrince is.
