I recently started brewing 5 gallon batches. Got a great deal on the equipment and made the switch, however, I do not have the cash for a fridge right now. When my beer is done conditioning in two months can I leave it out of refrigeration and fill a growler to put in the fridge when I want it? (p.s. I have CO2). Any help would be greatly appreciated!

what do you mean its conditioning for 2 months.... what kind of beer is it?

You could do the growler thing if you want. just make sure the psi is set correctly for the temp the beer is at to get the volume of co2 you want.

You would have to work around the issue of CO2 being less soluble in water at higher temps; I believe you would need to use much higher serving pressure to carb to a typical level, which might mean a lot of foam in your pours.
