I put a batch of beer into my corny keg, forced carbonated it and now I can't get the beer out of the liquid out. Before I put the beer into the keg, I did disassembled and cleaned the liquid out tube (and top portion). I might have not assembled it back together correctly. I know that I will lose the CO2, but I don't want to contaminate the beer. Is there anyway that I can fix the problem and still have clean beer?

You could take the post out and cover the hole with a piece of sanitized foil while you resemble it. Make sure to sanitize everything as you go

Are you sure the keg is still pressurized? If beer is not flowing it says to me that either the pressure is 0, or your line is frozen.

I've had sediment clog the "liquid out" even though I am force carbonating my corny kegs. I don't filter my beer .. and maybe a little more trub than I thought came down the transfer hose into my corny. When that happens to me .. I sanitize the "out post" .. have a bucket or spare keg .. also with sanitizer. Pull the liquid out tube. Clean both the tube and post again. Sanitize both .. and put them back in the corny. I try to be fast about it .. and keep everything clean and sanitized. Re-check the carbonation level of my resealed keg. Purge of O2 ... hook the CO2 back up to carbonate. Maybe give it another day ... hooked up to the CO2 .. to make sure you have the proper CO2 level. Try pouring a beer the next day .. or whenever the keg is carbonated the way you want it.

I don't think there is much to assemble wrong. If you leave anything out .. or don't put it together correctly .. the keg won't seal properly and hold pressure.

What kind of beer? I forgot to cold crash a dry hopped ipa and the hop trub clogged my liquid out tube.

With the alcohol and co2 blanket, you will be fine to open it up. Oxidation it's your biggest concern, just don't splash things around. I always spray a little starsan for good measure.
