I added a third keg with water and use it to monitor temps. Also changed the differential to 3 and that has helped cut down on the cycling and moisture. If I had to guess, the compressor probably cycles on every 2 hours or so, maybe longer. When it turns on, it probably runs for 45 min to cool back down 3 degrees. I'm not sure on these times as I don't have anything to monitor. But for now, I'm satisfied.

The only issue is the first couple ounces aren't cold like I would want and I usually dump those couple ounces. Everything after that is good.
I'll continue to tweak certain things in an attempt to get everything dialed in.

I am also considering getting a 5lb co2 tank to use for transfers or whatever else I need it for. I considered getting some disconnects but for two sets the cost is roughly $40. Kinda steep for plastic. And for an additional $20 I can get another tank which I can also use as a backup since my LHBS is over an hour away and I will only be able to get there on Saturdays.

As my previous post mentioned, I'm trying to decide if I want to purchase a 5lb co2 tank to mainly use for transfers and for a backup to the 10lb tank I have.

I've been looking at quick disconnects, mainly the Kent fittings and the disconnects that Morebeer sells, https://www.morebeer.com/products/beer-gas-quick-connect-14-barb-female-shutoff.html. These are 1/4" and I need 5/16. There are some other sites that sell something similar. Ebay has 5/16 disconnects but they are pricey, $19 a set.
Does anyone have any suggestions/recommendations or experience using these disconnects? Or should I just go with another tank?

I'd go with the second tank for sure, which is what I'm actually doing for my keezer setup. Ordered a 20 lb tank for the keezer, and the 5 lb that I have will be used for transfers and a backup for when the big one runs out. Sure you can switch a tank around, but when you run out, you're out. I always like to have a backup.
