I brewed some beer away from home with some friends during the holidays and now I am getting ready to head back.

Is it alright to put my beer into kegs, hit with 30psi and expect the beer to carbonate a little bit as I drive home. I don't plan to leave the gas connected in the car. I just want to hit the keg with 30psi, disconnect and then have a cold pint when I get home
